The history of this order was the following. We received your order, it was perfect. We paid you in full with the routing and account number that you provided in your order. The money was scheduled to be in your account 12 May 2023. A few days later the bank return the funds to us. I believe you contacted us and that’s when it was found that you had accidentally provided an incorrect account number. The correct account number was obtained and payment was to be re-issued once the bank returned the funds to us. The funds were in your account on 16 May 2023. We were very helpful to you. We explained that sometimes the bank will issue funds even though an account number is slightly incorrect. We cannot re-issue the funds until we know if the bank is going to accept or reject the payment when there is an error. Once we knew the funds were returned, we promptly re-issued payment. We don’t know how we could’ve been more helpful to you than we were. We cannot control the banks policies. -Two Moms

Thank you for your feedback Silas. Your shipping box as it arrived at our office was in good condition. No tears or dents so insurance would not reimburse regardless of the amount of insurance. Your box was insured by default, but without damage to the outside of the box, no carrier will honor or reimburse on a claim. We provided you with those photos in your adjustment email for your reference. Your Dexcom G6 3 pack box was torn from the back bottom right corner up almost 2 inches. And your box was quite oversized for shipping the 1 Dexcom box, it appeared to be about 3 times the size and the box was not filled to the top with packing materials as we suggest to insure the supplies don't move during transit (that's where most damage in transit occurs). And without proof of proper packaging inside, no carrier will reimburse on a claim either. In our business (buying and selling diabetic supplies) the condition of the box is the primary factor in determining the value next to exp date. Would you buy a box on the shelf in Walmart or CVS that had a 2 inch tear in it? Of course not. That's why regardless of what condition the actual supplies are in, the outside box has to be in mint condition for full payment or minor damage (creases or dents) for partial payment. Tears, like on your box, make the supplies worthless for resale not taking into account liability issues with damaged supplies. We sorry you felt your experience was not satisfactory, we appreciate your business and wish you all the best!

Yes we paid you via check for your perfect order. We are in California, you live in Pennsylvania. We believe you are holding us responsible for the actions [or non-actions] of the post office. The post office has been averaging 7 to 9 business days to get first class mail to customers. We had other methods of payment you could’ve chosen that were quicker. It’s unfortunate that our business transaction was not satisfactory to you because of things that were out of our control. -Two Moms

I’m not sure why that happened, human error for sure, but that’s not our usual.
