First I received an email offering to return the test strips they did not want to purchase from me. I acknowledge this email gratefully. Then I get a response saying they refuse to send test strips back when they don't want them. (guess they consider them free stock for their shelves). I question this via both an email and voicemail saying that I was already told I would get the product sent back. I soon receive another email saying to disregard the previous email and they will make an exception for me and send it back. Again I say thank you. A couple days go by, nothing. I reach out to them for an update and tracking number. They ignore my email. A couple more days go by, same thing.... They ignore another email. Then a few more days go by, I leave a voicemail and another email. Both are ignored. So far my experience with this company is that they are thieves. They steal diabetic supplies from people and then sell them at prices slightly below retail allowing themselves to make maximum dollar. Do not use this service ever. Find a company that may offer to pay $5 less per box but that doesn't steal your supplies.

I would give negative stars if I could. I sent them an email with pictures of my item in current condition before entering into a purchase agreement with them. I wasn't sure if they would buy it because the tape was a little worn.They said that they would buy it with a slight price adjustment. I was ok with that. I entered into a purchase agreement with them for $75 and sent it. I figured they would pay $50 due to the wear. When they received it they sent pictures back showing my item was opened which they did on purpose and they offered me nothing after stating that they would buy it. I personally wrapped and packed the item in the box. It was packed properly as I have done shipping and receiving for many years. So I know they opened it. Their policy is they don't return anything. This is why I contacted beforehand. We went back and forth through many emails. I have them to prove what I am stating in this review. They ripped me off and they know it! Then they state my item will be donated! Nice, they rip me off and get a tax deduction for the full value of my item for their business. They don't tell you that. They are so heartless that they wouldn't even make a tax-deductible donation to my GoFundMe page to help with my kidney transplant and medical bills. The reason I was selling my unused item in the first place. They respond to every negative review and hide behind their company policies. They will do that to my review. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company. ***************UPDATE*************** As of 3/2/24. They still haven't responded to the Better Business Bureau complaint I filed: BBB.ORG, Complaint ID #  21336952 These Two Moms women are spineless worms!!!!! If you operate such an honest business than answer the BBB complaint and work out a settlement with me!!!!! **************UPDATE**************** 3/7/24-My response to them on the BBB.ORG website: Here are the pictures that I sent twice which you confirmed getting before entering into the agreement (they were attached in this response). You conveniently omitted them in your response. You can clearly see the boxes condition. I was completely honest with your company about everything. So please show some credibility and stop denying that you couldn't see boxes condition. It is crystal clear. That is why you omitted them in your response. It completely corroborates my entire complaint against your company. You knew the condition beforehand. You then proceeded to deceive me by opening the box to make it look like it got damaged in shipment. So you don't have any argument to that fact. So please settle for $50 and end this  All you had to do is say that you didn't want to buy my item and that would have ended it. I never would have sent it. But you didn't.

I sent in two orders of dexcom 6 and didnt get paid for either order the first order I can understand but not the second order so if I decide to sell again to you believe me I will make sure I take pictures of everything I send to you ..I feel like you just took 2 orders that totaled $480.00 from me.Like I said the first order I can understand but not the second order but believe me next month I will take a picture of everything I send to you front and back before I send it out .It wasn't the delay in payment it was I didnt get paid for either order of my dexcom g 6...I had a friend to send you a order and she didnt get paid for her dexcom 6 either .. So rt now I'm not very pleased with ur company...

I spoke with 2 moms on several occasions concerning missing payment. On 12/5/23 I was given the lame excuse that I forgot to add my apartment number. That's why I haven't been paid. When I spoke with Kathy ask her if she thought we were fools? Her response was yes. Two Moms are scam artist What they don't realize is I never give up trying to put thieves out of business. The fact that they would prey on the sick, makes them Scum.

My package was damaged on delivery. One of the items had damaged from the box being damaged on delivery. They refuse to send back that item and not pay. According to San Diego Police. It's theft. Regardless of terms and conditions. I filed a police report for misdemeanor petty theft.

I sold them a bunch of items. My quote was for $721 and I got $445.00. The email I was sent said the Dexcom boxes were excellent however they refuse to pay for them and wont give an explanation.

Scam people

I sent 6 Brand new boxes of Omni Pod 5 and I was only paid for 5. They claim one of the boxes was opened and that is a total lie. They are out to scam people. Beware and take pictures of everything before they are shipped
