Great Company to Deal with BUT Inflexiable
Excellent communications; super fast payment. However, make sure your "i's are dotted and you t's are crossed" because their super service ends at the agreement. They added special pricing two days after they paid me for my first order but refused to consider giving me all or part of that discount. Granted, it was 'after the fact,' but many companies would have given me the discount anyway. I missed their 1st time customer bonus and they refused to make an exception and give me the bonus. They said "if it wasn't there on the agreement, there was no way for them to give it to me." I gave them a 5 on my first review, and I'd still continue to deal with them. I know now, however, that I need to have everything exactly right or they will not honor any exception(s).
