I am happy to report that this business seems to be providing a valuable service in the secondary market for diabetic supplies. That being said, I had an issue that I'd like to share. I didn't pay enough attention to the instructions and used a bubble USPS mailer to send Dexcom G6 sensors. As a result, the outside package got somewhat crushed, rendering the Dexcom G6 sensors useless for resale, even though the actual sensor and sensor package were intact. While I take responsibility for not following the instructions carefully enough, I notice that this seems to be a common problem according to some reviews I've read. Therefore, I suggest that the business make the packaging instructions more prominent on its website to prevent others from making the same mistake, especially those who are new to shipping. Despite this hiccup, I have no doubt that the business is legitimate and most users will get paid as agreed. Unfortunately, I won't.

My order has [ 3 Dexcom G6] which was $250 times 3 $750.00, 1 which {1 Dexcom G6 Transmitter) $50 and shipping $25.00 plus. That order was $825. The check was $640.05 should have been $825.00. Why

I was very happy with this company other then I added extra into my order & the overlooked it. So I'm out $50 because I didn't write and tell you. It's on your site not to bother you because it will slow the process. And You tell me after I should of bothered you or put a note in the package. So a note wouldn't be overlooked but a box with product in it is. Was hoping Two Moms was different but just like others doing this service...can't trust them to be honest. Every company has an inventory to act like you don't know what you have received is being dishonest.

I sold a bunch of supplies and made sure to select the option that the boxes had label damage. I received payment very fast so thank you. There were 2 boxes of test strips where they took pictures and said the boxes had rips and they could not pay for and I understand. What seemed unfair was I was docked $10 each for label residue on the other boxes but money was originally deducted for this when the order was created. Overall an easy process but I don't agree with the additional deductions.

Well our check was mail out on the 27 May an here it is the 6 of June an we still have not gotten a check yet. The mail don't take 10 days to get to Alabama. Because when I sent it ya got it in 3 days. So it should take 3 days to get back here.

I like 2 moms but i did not receive the $10.00 bonus. Check sent to me was $126.00 should have been $136. Thank you

I don't understand why you all went down $10 a box.that was a really big jump for me!!!
