What a scam
First time I did this it seemed to good to be true the so I only sent some of what I had when I got the money I was like ok let me try and send some more and I did and now apparently they said I sent a different brand which is a lie my daughter is 3 months she has been getting her sugars tested a lot they won’t give us nothing but the same brand because they don’t want to mess with her numbers and it’s crazy I checked these before I sent them to this company even though I know what I have but I will no longer be doing any business with this company it’s sad they took advantage and even sent me a picture of the boxes that weren’t mine never again. Wish I could do no stars just want to also add to make sure I know what I sent I worked In pharmacy also I know what I sent but I won’t go into this it’s not worth it

Hello Tammy, Perhaps the pharmacy switched the item on you. The first time you sent Bayer Contour Retail. The second time you sent Bayer Contour Mail Order. They look almost identical, but they are priced differently. There is a possibility that the first time you sent mail order and we just didn’t notice and paid you the retail price. At any rate, we take pictures of any orders that have a discrepancy. We are disappointed you disagree with our findings, because we always strive for a positive customer experience. -the Two Moms
