Great Plugs and unique tunnels. I have a pair of their wooden plugs that are gorgeously carved.

I purchased their princess cut multifaceted gauges. On the site they appeared to be beautifully cut similar to a diamond causing them to sparkle however, upon receiving them they did not look anything like the website, they were flat, glass, plugs that were reflective not sparkly at all, also I had to return them because they were a size too big but after I returned them I didn't receive a refund, or the proper size, nor any communication as to where my product or money is.

I've purchased quite a few plugs from this company. I have never had any problems. I'm actually surprised that there is such a low rating on here for them.

Could not even send a message to customer service because the "I am not a robot" stage wouldn't let me past. The pics are grainy and even when I tried audio I couldn't get through regardless of being spot on. All I wanted was a gift card, it wasn't even a complaint, but if there's no hope for getting customer service help of any kind then I'm definitely not spending my money on this site. Find somewhere else to purchase your hardware.

Just to start off their product is awful quality. They claim to have all wood and natural products, but I can promise you what I received was nothing but plastic that looks like it was chipped at with a butter knife. When my package initially went missing, I reached out to customer service and they called me a thief and stopped responding to my email. Reordered and got my product and I’m mad I wasted my money. There are better places that are much cheaper and won’t treat you like garbage.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The items have all been great quality, with quite a few unique pieces that you won’t find anywhere else. Prices have all been great to reasonable for some of the more exotic pieces. They manage to package and ship my orders same day, and the one time I had to contact customer service they were immediate to help and send a new item free of charge. They pretty much have a lifetime customer out of me lol.

I have ordered from two feather plugs for several years now, and have always been very happy with my purchases! I have 3 mm gauged ears so I order mostly wooden hangers. The products are always so beautiful and unique. I’ve broken a few over the years (due to my own reckless handling), and when I reached out to request to purchase a single earring to replace my broken one, they wrote back to thank me for being a repeat customer and sent me a new pair for free! I of course did not expect this, and certainly do not expect this every time. I’ve have great interactions with customer service. My orders are always accurate and timely, and they even put a little coupon card in each one.

What you see on their site is not what you’ll receive. Ordered a pair of amethyst plugs because the colors on their site make them appear to be bright, vibrant etc….they’re not, even in the sunlight what I received appear almost black. You’d have to hold a bright flashlight behind them to be able to see their actual amethyst. Their sizing is incorrect, they don’t know what “wearable area” actually is. Bought two sets of plugs, asking specifically how large the wearable area was before I made my purchase. Was told wearable was 7mm, it was actually 10-11mm (even sent a photo to clarify wearable area, still wrong) and their customer support seems pretty bad, sent an email early December, received a “we are closed for thanksgiving” response.
