this is hands down the best company I've worked with in forever not only is the material firm yet so soft that i cant stop playing with it, I've been recommending them to everyone and after ordering the wrong size to my own fault they were amazing with immediately helping me and getting a replacement sent out asap this is definitely one of my favorite company's

This is an edit of my original review. My issue with my first review was shipping and how long it took to arrive. I ordered on 9-27 and it just arrived on 10-21. The cage itself felt comfortable to wear and I love the look. I will say given the ears on it, the cage is kind of noticeable under jeans but not super obvious. The only thing I'd change about it is the material. This is just a personal preference though as I enjoy silicone cages the most.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the delay with your order. That’s not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we completely understand your frustration. According to our records, your order shipped on time, but it seems the carrier may have lost your package or it was severely delayed. We know how disappointing that is, especially when tracking updates move at a snail’s pace. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can find a solution for you right away. We want to make this right and ensure you feel confident shopping with us again. We truly appreciate your patience and your feedback helps us improve every step of the way. TJ

Thank you so much for your review! We’re thrilled you’re loving our products. While we’d love to have more control over shipping costs and tariffs, unfortunately those are set outside of our hands, and right now, things are a bit unpredictable. We truly wish we could change that for you, but we’ll keep focusing on delivering the best products and service possible.
