Suit feels cheap and is cut for overweight people despite advertising athletic cut. It took three emails to different addresses at Twillory just to get a response. Then took three weeks to get them to agree to an exchange when I had the wrong size jacket. To add insult to injury they then charged me the $15 “restocking” fee twice.

The package was sent to the wrong address and when I reached out for help they told me there was nothing they could do. I don’t believe that is true as they are the ones that shipped it and should have a way of correcting the mistake.

Horrible quality shirts, and sizing is way off. Customer service was poor also, if you’re looking for a nice/professional shirt, this is NOT it. My shirts ended up in the trash

It makes sense why the company is average at best. They might make great apparel but their customer service is pathetic at best. I’d rather deal with a more expensive brand that has people I can ask questions to or people that take time to answer my emails fully. Really should be a 1 star

Bought the white performance polo and it came out stained after the very first wash. I can't get the stain out. Your ad shows someone mixing all colors in the laundry with no problems - that feels like false advertising. Not what I expected for the price.

Suit is okay. Customer care is not good and misleading in their promotional offers and unwilling to honor their offer. Also really not accustomed to being called (indirectly) a liar because I took advantage of their offer that apparently didn’t exist. Won’t shop here anymore

A very cheap looking suit. It’s actually see through. Biggest problem was that I normally wear a 42R. The sleeves on this suit were 1 1/2 inches too short. I didn’t even try on the pants. A very disappointing suit.

The sport coat is not true to size. Although the quality and feel of the sport coat is nice, the customer service was not in support of the product. Twillory would not accept the coat after I tried it on (they consider it worn after trying it on). Although it is "stretchy", the coat was too tight in my shoulders, arms and chest. With it being too small, I had to deploy without it. On my return I attempted to exchange the coat for a larger size (48 long) but they would not accept it because it was past the 60 day time frame even thought it just sat in my closet. Reason: it has been worn. Yes, it has been worn long enough to try it on and determine it was too small. Customer service was less than desirable and the ratings I see now confirm this was a bad purchase from a company that does not back its product. The product is only as good as the customer service. I even provided photos to show the condition of the coat. Not a smart way to run a business as word of mouth, good or bad, spreads quickly. Had it not been for the poor customer service, I would have recommended this product to the protective services industry, LE, Federal Agents and private sector.
