Horrible horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for a refund and 5 weeks for an exchange and had to have over 38 emails to get it done. Really makes me think twice before placing another order.

This companies shipping and logistics is terrible. They use the cheapest method and their customer service team is just as bad. The products themselves, if the arrive, are very bery average at best. Id compare it to something you can pick up at Kolhs. Not worth the hassle dealing with them for such mediocre products.

The worst customer experience situation I have ever had. I ordered a shirt, and they sent the wrong size. I contacted them to return it, and they refuse to respond. I have sent 7 emails now and still have not received my return label. It's insane that it takes 3 weeks and 7 emails, and they still can't resolve a simple issue.

Bought a black suit and the top and bottom do not match. Tried returning it when I noticed they are not the same color even though they are labeled the same color. Never worn, washed, altered, etc. extremely frustrating

Ordered 2 blazers. I was sent one in the wrong color. They ask for a picture before "looking in to it." What is a picture of a black blazer that should have been navy blue going to do for them? Just sent me a return label and get the correct color overnighted. It was their mistake, but instead of correcting it, I'm given homework for them to opine on. Not sure if recommend them to anyone.

Twillory customer service: "Due to the rapid fulfillment process managed by our logistics partner, we're unable to guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed—regardless of how quickly we're contacted." Be warned they won't help you if an address has any errors at all.

The product seemed of good quality but dealing with this company is nightmarish. They have no customer service contact number, which is the first sign that if there is a problem you have to rely solely on an email. Which they don’t reply to either. Whatever happened to the good old days when customer interaction was not a cat and mouse game Thank goodness for American Express!

This company is a tragedy…a case of how to create a good product but have no competence in running an organization. I purchased some stuff from Twillory. They screwed up the order and sent me the wrong size. No biggie, mistakes happen. The return process was abysmally catastrophic. I had to answer a questionnaire, take and upload multiple pictures, retain all little packaging and plastics, etc. I did all that and sent it back. They acknowledged receipt. It’s been several weeks and still… no refund, no credit…nothing. I literally want the item I ordered… they sent me a size that I didn’t order. That was OVER A MONTH AGO and still… no item, no refund, nothing. Product is great. Company is operating in the 1980s. I have yet to ever hear of anything like this. I worked in e-commerce for 15 years and have never (ever ever ever) seen a level of incompetence and mismanagement to such a degree in my 51 years of life on this earth. The saddest part is that I like their products. I fear that if I order again, it will take 6 months for them to get me what I ordered. I’m forced to file a dispute with my card. Is all this really necessary? I strongly suggest avoiding this company like the plague.
