I recently purchased several of Twillory’s long sleeve polos and honestly couldn’t be happier with the overall product. The fit, comfort, style, and versatility are outstanding — they instantly became staples in my wardrobe. The fabric feels premium, the shirts look polished without being stiff, and they work equally well dressed up or casual. I did have two shirts develop small fabric pulls pretty quickly, which was disappointing, especially since there wasn’t any obvious snag or incident that caused them. That said, Twillory’s customer service completely won me over. Rod from their Customer Happiness team responded quickly, was professional and easy to work with, and immediately processed replacements without hassle or requiring the damaged shirts to be returned. Fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful support like that goes a long way. Great products backed by excellent customer service. Assuming the replacements hold up long term, I’ll absolutely continue buying from Twillory.
