Extremely dissatisfied yet not surprised. Ordered a sampler pack and never received package. I was told to wait a few days and then contact again if package never showed up. After waiting three days I responded letting them know I never received my package only to never get a response I responded letting them know I never received my package only to never get a response. Update: 3 days since I was told I would be contacted to rectify the situation, still no one has reached out. Weeks since original order was purchased.

In an effort to remedy any issues, because as I mentioned earlier, we here at Tweedle Farms take customer service VERY seriously... We responded on the same day @ 4:30pm with instructions on how to follow up with USPS as the hick~up in delivery seems to have occurred on their end.
