Tweedle farms REALLY cares!
Tweedle farms is fantastic! Ive been ordering from them for a year and a half and have never had a bad experience! As a matter of fact, just recently there was a small bug/hiccup with my order and I called and left a voicemail on their customer service line, thinking it wasn't a huge deal and they'll get back to me whenever. I'd bought something small, so I wasn't toooo worried about hearing back soon since it was after hours. But nope, I got a call back about 3 minutes later by one of the company's OWNERS! He made the issue right and we even sat and talked for a while! It just really shows how much they care about their customers and the quality of their services and products! Also, the dude was suuuuper chill and easy going. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!! (And to the guy who fixed my order, thanks, it smoked really well and I was more than happy! Thanks again for fixing that on your off-hours!!)
