John was extremely efficient, polite and thorough. He made the buying process very enjoyable.

Andrian was easy to work with and responsive. I can see myself using them again for additional pieces in the future.

My wife and I was looking for a dinning room set for our new home and had a lot of questions about the Bernhardt Santa Barbara 7pc Rectangular Dining Set in Sandstone. So PAM can on line and answered all of our questions concerning characteristic, dimension, weight and financing. We were so comfortable with the level of knowledge PAM had, that we decided to purchase the dinning room set from your store. Thanks again PAM, and we will be back.
