Kate was very quick to reply to my questions on chat about the furniture I wanted to purchase. And when she didn't know the answer, she told me she would research and get back to me (which she did). She even had tech support call me when I had troubles while placing the order online. I like how she knew the detais of the additional coverage plan too. Thanks for the help Kate!
