I was trying to purchase a dining set at midnight. Sydney (support agent) came forward to help me placing the order. She has done amazing job to extend discount for me as well resolved technical issues to place the order smoothly.

* As excited as I was about the experience at the beginning, I have no choice but to revise my review. I have now been waiting on our couch for over 3 months! The estimated delivery time mentioned a 3-5 week window.....and clearly we are wayyyy past that now. I have to reach out to my customer service manager Gary regularly, because I don't receive any status updates or follow ups otherwise. Do yourself a favor and DON'T order anything from this company!
