NO customer support ,, have to reinstall every couple of weeks!!!! No tv guide at all not worth the money , other services better !!!! not working now and they want me to send pictures of it not working !!!!!!

Very bad service, most of the time it doesn’t work, very bad customer service, be careful before subscribing

Constantly buffering, no one answer's the phone, constantly freezing, no one knows what country their customer service is located in. This company and app is GARBAGE. DON'T BUY IT

I’ve had this service less than a week and am ready to quit! Constant buffering is one complaint. The other is just trying to look up what’s on at a particular time. It’s extremely complicated! For one network To have to go through what’s on in several different states before finding where I live. When I had dish network I looked at what was on at a particular date and time and I had the answer in seconds. With Tv Deluxe it takes sometimes 15 minute to a half hour just to look up what’s on at a particular time.l in my area.

They are the worst iptv provider buffing all the time and every weekend can't watch anything. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The only time they were good was trail period after that garage .

This the worst service ever I regret buying this stupid app. Go else where. On the website it says no freezing or buffering well you will be getting a hell lot of that. Then on top of that they are telling me at least, that I need to get VPN app. For it to work without buffering or freezing. That is not what it said on the website. It didn't mentioned that other app will be need to be purchased for the app to work properly. Do the right thing either fix my service or just give me my money back. Pro rate the lousy 1 month and 12 days of bufferingand freezing. I have received from you guys. Funny how it got worst once the 30 day money back guarantee expired.

I am having a problem with they service, they told me it would be fix in 1 to 2 weeks. It's over two weeks now they are telling me it's my problem. All the channels have wrong time some are 2 hour ahead so.e are two hours behind. Don't know how it's my problem. They don't take blame foe anything it always someone else's fault.

They are lying on their website about trustpilot review as 4.7. I dont see review for this website on trust pilot as 4.7 score
