For the money I save from xfinity, direct tv or youtube tv, I can put up with some glitches now and then. Most time works great. You need to learn how to use it. Yes it buffers sometimes or just looses the sound, just have to go to another channel then return back to your show, fixed. The support has been fine, may not be immediate but they get back to you. Always helped me.

NO customer support ,, have to reinstall every couple of weeks!!!! No tv guide at all not worth the money , other services better !!!! not working now and they want me to send pictures of it not working !!!!!!

Tv service is moderately decent but the people in customer service are the worst. They act like they are so busy yet u know they read your message instantly. Wont answer any questions about service just send a link to pay. Maybe that isnt what im looking for. I am going to find a different service where businesses respect their customers and are helpful. Oh and its a lie about lifetime customer service. U get NONE OF THAT! nor do u get it buffer free. When I've reported channels when they do answer on what's app they say they dont handle that or they will check it.

Constantly buffering, no one answer's the phone, constantly freezing, no one knows what country their customer service is located in. This company and app is GARBAGE. DON'T BUY IT

I’ve had this service less than a week and am ready to quit! Constant buffering is one complaint. The other is just trying to look up what’s on at a particular time. It’s extremely complicated! For one network To have to go through what’s on in several different states before finding where I live. When I had dish network I looked at what was on at a particular date and time and I had the answer in seconds. With Tv Deluxe it takes sometimes 15 minute to a half hour just to look up what’s on at a particular time.l in my area.

They are the worst iptv provider buffing all the time and every weekend can't watch anything. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The only time they were good was trail period after that garage .
