I subscribed to ytv to record and watch USWNT soccer. I cancelled because EVERY recording buffers stops, starts, and buffers so much that the game is unwatchable. I would rather deal with the commercials of regular ol (free) YouTube where the play is smooth and consistent (so I know it's not my connection as ytv is the only service with issues

We are unable to receive any Disney programing for at least a couple of weeks. They are offering a $20.00 rebate because of this but make it almost impossible to claim it. OK when it works but basically customer assistance is non-excitant.

Got it for watching college football but they can’t come to an agreement with Disney and now they don’t have ESPN and other channels for watching college football.

Left Hulu due to their high cost for this tv service and it’s ALREADY almost as much as Hulu. Still buffers from time to time. $88.79 a month for 100+ channels. What a rip-off. Just cancelled my subscription last month. You want cheap affordable TV service? Get SurfTV4Less. Only $35.00 a month for over 700 channels.

There is no way to turn off the constant promotional offers. I'll be shopping for another streaming service.

Love the streaming service but account billing is horrible. My husband and I thought we signed up with family sharing and instead we had two accounts (based on our email). We were double billed for the same tv address for over a year and they will only refund three months. That is ROBBERY. We feel so taken advantaged of.

I Have Experienced Continuing and Ongoing YouTube Live TV Services Issues With Buffering, The TV Picture Screen Freezing Up and Issues With Constantly Having To Restart and Reset The YouTube Live TV Services App On My TV. Unfortunately The Several Times That I Reached Out To The YouTube Live TV Services To Report The Above Issues and To Request Assistance, The YouTube Live TV Services Never Replied Back To Me In Relation To The Issues Outlined and Noted Above. It Is Of Note That The Above YouTube Live TV Services Are Pre-Paid Services Paid For By The Customer. After Finally Being Fed Up With The Above Continuing and Ongoing Issues Of Receiving Poor and Unsatisfactory YouTube Live TV Services and The Issue Of The YouTube Live TV Services Never Replying Back To The Customer When Reaching Out For Assistance In Relation To The Above Continuing and Ongoing Issues Of Receiving Poor and Unsatisfactory YouTube Live TV Services. When I Requested A Customer Refund For My Last and Final Month Of Poor and Unsatisfactory YouTube Live TV Services, The Request Was DENIED. I have youtube tv and it works quite well, but my mom has it and she can't get it to work on one of her tvs. If you are not tech savvy I recommend that you go with another service. She has a new Sony tv and we were using a Roku usb stick. It used to work but now we have been stuck on an endless loop of a requirement to go through a trial period. She has had a paying account for a while and both of her tvs used to work. There is no customer service that works.
