The presenter was well-versed and spoke at a moderate rate with very little accent. The presenter was knowledgeable about the product but could “translate” it into various terms so more of the audience could follow him. The presenter did not flap, flail, or overuse gestures. The presenter was well-lit with no movement or major distractions in the background. It was a distraction, however, that the presenter seemed to be in bunker or a very uncomfortable space. That green light from the air conditioning unit behind him was a little distracting at that angle. The presenter was consistent about going back to the chat to scan for questions without letting the chat overtake his workshop.

Raghav was very well prepared for the presentation. He had a very calm and knowledgeable approach to explaining the platform and the many steps needed to complete the application. He is also very well-versed on payment rates and payment frequency. I enjoyed listening to this presentation. I was able to complete the steps with ease after Raghav explained them. Highly Recommend.

The presenter was very clear about what was expected of a tutor and what the company's goal is.

I was told to reach out with any assistance in obtaining my certificate and so I did, but no one from Tutorjob has responded to me. The IOA website has issues and will not allow me to add anything to my cart. I'm starting wonder if this entire thing was a scam. Tutorjob gave me a code that I was supposed to be able to use to purchase the certificate of completion after completing the course (which I did), but every time I add the certificate to my cart, I'm then asked to log in, and when I log in it takes me immediately to an error page. I don't understand why it is so difficult to add something to my cart in my already-established account? It keeps taking me to an error page that says "you are not authorized to use multipass login." I took the entire course and exam and passed and now it will not allow me to get the certificate. I'm starting to think Tutorjob just wanted our info because why else is this so hard? I've tried way too many times to obtain something that was supposed to be free?
