Aha! Wozu dann Tutorjob?

I think this is a scam for your information
I was told to reach out with any assistance in obtaining my certificate and so I did, but no one from Tutorjob has responded to me. The IOA website has issues and will not allow me to add anything to my cart. I'm starting wonder if this entire thing was a scam. Tutorjob gave me a code that I was supposed to be able to use to purchase the certificate of completion after completing the course (which I did), but every time I add the certificate to my cart, I'm then asked to log in, and when I log in it takes me immediately to an error page. I don't understand why it is so difficult to add something to my cart in my already-established account? It keeps taking me to an error page that says "you are not authorized to use multipass login." I took the entire course and exam and passed and now it will not allow me to get the certificate. I'm starting to think Tutorjob just wanted our info because why else is this so hard? I've tried way too many times to obtain something that was supposed to be free?

Hi Ray,
It seems like you are having an error on IOA, and not with anything on our (Tutor Job's) website. I’m not sure who you are trying to reach out to, but you can personally email me (Jessica) at [email protected] with the subject “Certificate Issue” so we can personally look into this and help you resolve the issue you are facing.
Look forward to helping you with this.
Best Regards,

USE CAUTION
This shouts “FAKE” to me.
With the exception of ONLY two negative reviews, the reviews sound as if they were written by one person. Nearly all of them use the phrase “highly recommended” and they are filled with exclamation points. Other phrases or “themes” repeat as well - like “game-changer” or expressions of how they met students from
“all over the world.” They nearly all report far-fetched outcomes - like getting a job within a week with the help of this company. Nearly all speak of the “great support staff” - in other words, these reviews sound like advertisements. There are very few specifics, just a lot of general cheerleading. Not ONE person says anything like “the one problem I had” or “things went well, but I had an issue with my first payment.” Just a string of “this company is perfect” reviews are posted.
You may ask, then why are two negative reviews posted? To make this SEEM more real. But, EVERY review gets five stars, except the two one star negative ones. Really? No middle ground? And the negative posts receive responses that are designed to reassure you they can work with you if you’re having a problem. Also, the timeline ranges from
2021-2023, with a total of only 19 reviews. If this company is such a game-changer, wouldn’t there be more participants for the reviews?&One more observation - the timeline of reviews isn’t chronological. It skips around which is something I’ve never seen on a timeline.
USE CAUTION. I subscribe to the philosophy “if it sounds too good to be true, it’s probably false.”

Hi Gary,
My name is Alina, and I am a part of the team at Tutor Job. I understand the potential issues you highlighted in your review and would be more than happy to go through them with you and address your concerns to resolve this misunderstanding.
At Tutor Job, we have successfully helped over 11,500 individuals with suitable tutoring opportunities and we believe we can do the same for you. It is important to emphasize that we provide our services completely free of charge to both tutors and potential tutors and our aim is to ensure that everyone has a positive experience with Tutor Job. As an online business, our reputation relies heavily on positive reviews, and leaving us a negative review without firsthand experience truly affects us deeply. If we can assist you in becoming an approved tutor and starting to work within just 5 days, would you be open to reconsidering your perception of us?
I value your feedback and would love to hear if you would be open to revisiting your review about Tutor Job if we are able to resolve the doubts or concerns you may have. Would you also be open-minded about giving it a try yourself with the goal of getting first-hand experience and forming a more informed opinion about our platform?
Thank you for taking the time to read this message, Gary. We sincerely appreciate your consideration and hope to help you become an online tutor very soon.
Warm regards,
Alina from Tutor Job

TutorJob creates job ads and conducts…
TutorJob creates job ads and conducts job interviews and makes you think you have a chance at a permanent job, only to then send you an affiliate link to Preply... very annoying.
