Tutorjob allows you to implement your skills and sets you up for success. They offer an opportunity in which a tutor's efforts reflect student satisfaction, results, and, ultimately, the tutor's success. Obstacles won't stand in your way. TJ will resolve any issue and ensure you feel confident to do the job well if one arises. Interface accessibility and technical aspects feel like areas to constantly enhance to improve any platform, and a TJ affiliate is no exception. Tutoring is a collaborative role. Like any interaction, experience with empathy, negotiation, and communication in easy and difficult circumstances go a long way. Fostering meaningful and engaging conversations is a sturdy foundation for learning, teaching, and collaborating. TJ is a supportive team, always reachable to support your success.

As a new tutor who had very little to no online tutoring experience before, the support provided by tutor job mento Dani has been super helpful! Her advice on how she organizes her student materials helped me get organized and plan my classes easily. Today I got my first 5 star review from a student as a result :)

The tutoring platform itself is full of technical faults and there's lots of room for improvement in the way of UX to put it mildly. This is why having Dani to guide me through my initial steps and even provide much needed technical support has been an absolute life saver! Dani has been helpful with every aspect of my tutoring journey and never fails to respond in a friendly, knowledgeable and timely manner.
