I raised for written-help request, and one of their tutors accepted the price I offered and promised to finish on time. But she didn't finish on time and didn't respond to any messages I sent her. I called and emailed Tutoreye directly to ask them to cancel my written help request and return my money, but they haven't responded either. Now I lost my 50$ dollar for nothing. :)
