I want to like Dojo tutoring for my daughter but it’s been cancelation after cancelation. I would schedule her a tutoring session and they will cancel 30 minutes prior to us waiting around for a tutor. Not even mentioning you take time out you and your child’s day to get help. I really want to give it another chance because Dojo comes in handy, but this would be the 3rd time a tutor has canceled this week alone. My daughter could use the extra help and work to do while on Spring break. I feel this is unfair and some professionalism has to come to a point.

The tutor we had was great. Contacting customer service and trying to straighten out issues with class scheduling or postponing for vacations etc very annoying and I got to pay for an hour-long class that we never had... I started trying to reschedule over a week prior to the vacation email after email I didn't feel comfortable. You don't talk to somebody on the phone and text messages just don't always explain it the same. And if they take your money and you reschedule the class they just credit that for another one down the road and then the real mess begins it's just a billing nightmare for the customer
