I work as a tutor for the platform. The platform encourages parents to leave reviews after the session. But the reviews can be incorrect or have products we do not offer, and Class Dojo will not remove it. They state they do not remove reviews unless offensive language is used. Example: You could be asked to provide 2nd grade math tutoring. Then the parent could leave a 2 or 3 star review saying they thought you were offering a cooking class and Class Dojo won't remove it. They are many parents with language barriers joining Class Dojo with no support provided. It is not a supportive environment for tutors. The pay i very low and to allow people to give reviews on products we do not offer makes no sense.

Very disappointed with the service I feel like I got pushed to write my first review the sessions are only 25 minutes long I take time off work to make sure I'm with my son for this session and it's 10 minutes past and the hose doesn't show up. The teacher couldn't make it so they got a substitute teacher and then the substitute teacher does not show up either honestly a real waste of time and if you try calling the phone number no one answers I would definitely not recommend very dissatisfied
