The Purchase and the quality of the…
The Purchase and the quality of the item was excellent. Even the delivery was great. The only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star, is there is a minimum of 15x15 purchase, which I ordered. HOWEVER, the Roll of turf delivered was 14'6"x15' So they shorted me 6". For my application it was ok, as I just rotated the piece and it covered. But at 3.50+ per square ft, I expect to get the amount ordered.

Great Products/Great Customer Service
I have to say this company is one of the best I have worked with. I solely use them for my synthetic turf applications. The order shows up on time, product is well made and is always up to my standards. Being in the landscaping business being able to trust my suppliers is a huge deal and this company is the real deal.

I was sent the shipping docs Nov
I was sent the shipping docs Nov. 17th, was told it would be here in 10 days. Called Nov 30, and was told it wasn’t shipped and was sitting in the warehouse.. very disappointed when I was told one thing and it didn’t happen.. also just a sorry we will work on it. No solution for there mistake…

Hi Adam, We apologize for the delay in shipping. We received your order 11/17. It can take 2-4 business days to be cut to your desired lengths and shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, this led into the holiday 11/23 and 11/24 while our warehouse was out. Once we were made aware that your order still had not shipped on 11/30 we cut and shipped the order next day. We are working with the shipping company to get your order delivered to you within our standard 2-3 week lead time to your area. Thank you,

I did much research to see where to…
I did much research to see where to source putting green turf from. Your website was the only one that included installation instructions and when there was insufficient material there I called your help line and got immediate response and resolve to my queries, seaming and infill.
