Charles, thank you for the review. We’re glad the website was easy to use and that you found a good selection to choose from. It’s great to hear the tracking updates kept you informed and that everything, including the cold item, arrived in good condition after the trip from Türkiye to California. We hope to see you again for your next order.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry your order arrived in poor condition. After looking into the shipment, we found that it was unexpectedly delayed in customs and remained in transit longer than usual during extreme summer temperatures. We packed the order in a styrofoam box with insulated thermal lining and cooling packs, but unfortunately the prolonged exposure to heat was too much for the products. We appreciate your understanding that this was caused by the shipping delay rather than our handling, and we're grateful for your kind communication throughout the process. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you, and we hope to serve you again in the future.

Leslie, thank you for the review. We’re glad you found us, and it’s nice to know the snacks from your trip to Türkiye are now easy to get back home. The careful packing is something we put real effort into, so it’s good to hear it came across in your order. We hope to see you again for your next order.

Sarah, thank you for the review. Getting an order from Saturday evening to the UK by Tuesday afternoon is a quick turnaround, and we’re glad it held up with such a big order. It’s good to know all 32 items arrived complete and that the ice pack and insulation kept everything in good shape on the way. We hope to see you again for your next order.
