Considering how far the parcel was coming from, I received my order rather quickly. The items were carefully packaged and there was a cute little note in the package with a sample chocolate. Nice touch! This is the second time I've ordered from you and I will order in the future with peace of mind.

This is my second order from this website. Quick shipment, I have received it in 3-4 days. Products are not close to the expiration date. Even if they were shipped from Turkey with Fedex, there was no damage.

Turcamart’s service is amazing and their products are outstanding. Since the item I ordered was no longer available, I was notified via email that they would be happy to upgrade my order to a higher grade product at the same price. They did and included a delicious chocolate wafer cookie bar for the inconvenience this may have caused. Kudos to Turcamart for a job well done.
