I contacted customer service ofTurbro's because I needed help for a problem I had with my home heater. They asked me some questions regarding the heater, they were very concerned with my situation. I sent them the info they asked for & next thing I knew they solved my problem. They sent me a new heater in a matter of days. I couldn't believe how soon they took care of my cry for help. I am so pleased & happy with their service. I recommend this company strongly.

I purchased the TURBRO Jeeves J22 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. That thing is good in sucking. My house is 1500 sqft and took care of all the dust and hairs without any issue in single charge. Vacuum is lightweight and can handle with ease. Wow, I really enjoy the free from cord or wire which always get in my way. The vacuum has great sucking power in high or turbo mode. Highly recommended.

The panel heater I had purchased stopped working after 9 months of use. Customer services was extremely responsive, walking me through the steps to ensure there was no way to reset it and get it to work. When it was confirmed there was a genuine failure, they quickly shipped a replacement at no cost to me.

I won a Turbro Doubtfire vaccum in a Amazon giveaway and fell in love with it instantly. It's lightweight and portable and works amazing. Unfortunately the brush stopped spinning after a couple of months of use, but Turbro customer support was beyond helpful and attentive. They sent me a replacement part for free.
