12000 Btu 115 volt Turbro Finnmark 20 seer. Looking at many youtube videos, I decided to go with Turbro Brand, 5 Year Warranty and a Phone Number for Support. I had it installed and was amazed at the thermostat turned up to 90 degrees in heat mode and it was putting out 133 degrees on the indoor head unit, cut the thermostat down to 60 on the cool mode and it was putting out 46 degrees.

I purchase and had my mini split united installed about month ago. The unit workksgreat it is very quite you hardly hear it running. The customer department is great I had a need for assistance they always answered with 24 hrs with spot on help.

I had an issue with the mister on my turbo fan which I recently purchased. After an email explaining, I was very pleased with their response. Excellent company and polite service. Great experience.
