Ordered their Micathermic heater. It had some issues and stopped working. They honored their warranty, replacing the unit quickly. They even repaired to reliability issues of the unit, upgrading their design to make the unit more dependable.

It's a great little heater and the customer service is very responsive. I use two of these to heat the cold spots in my house and greatly cut down on the amount of forced air heating that would otherwise be necessary. The heat is very pleasant and doesn't dry the air out like the furnace does. That cuts down significantly on chapped lips and sinus infections. And, the radiant heat warms the walls and affects the surrounding areas, too. My quality of life in the winter is so much better with this heater. And it's more cost effective due to not having to blow so much hot air around the house

This is a very well manufactured electric fireplace stove. Very superior quality to the Duraflame units I purchased over the last 3 years from, which either stopped working or were DOA after purchased. The remote control takes some time to get use to. It uses convection heat, which is different from the radient technology that i used in the past. From a heating perspective, it managed to raise the temperature about 5 degrees in about 50 minutes, in a 400 square foot room. Very impressive.

I love my new Turbro stove/fireplace. It is compact and cozy and the customer service is outstanding. I received one that was missing a screw (twice) and they replaced the whole unit free of charge and timely shipping. Communication was outstanding with the issue. Thank you!
