I thought I was missing the package of screws when I received my fireplace heater. I contacted Turbro and they offered to send me a new package of screws. As I was moving the paperwork lo and behold, the screw package fell out. Doh! I let them know and thanked them for the offer but it wouldn't be necessary. I love my new fireplace heater. It's very 'life like' and the heat output is great. Exactly what I was looking for.

Bought a TURBRO Doublefire D16 and after not using it for a good while, the battery would not hold a charge. Contacted TURBRO and was told it was discontinued. Asked about another battery and Shirley offered to send a replacement battery, and also sent a replacement power plug. Between those 2 parts, I seem to have a working vac again. Also sent an accessory base that comes in handy.

I purchased the electric log heater for my family room. After about 6 weeks, the flame went out on 1/2 of the unit. I had also registered the unit when I received it. The unit also does come with a paper manual that was very easy to understand. I love it and heated the family room and flame looks almost real. Have also gotten favorable comments. I had also contacted customer support with a prompt reply. Since the heater could not be repaired, The heater was replaced. I wish all businesses had a customer service staff as Turbro--actually someone who cared--a real person, Shirley. MY HATS OFF TO YOU. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO MAKE ANOTHER TURBRO PURCHASE. THANK YOU.

I ordered a TS17 heater from Amazon which came with a 1 year warranty. The item worked great and was enough to properly heat my entire studio apartment. At 11 months, it stopped working. I emailed customer service and Shirley responded within the day, confirmed that my T17 was truly broken, and sent a replacement unit at no charge. Excellent heaters and reliable customer service is why I had no problem ordering another heater for my parents shortly afterwards. Highly recommend.

Shirley went out of her way to get the right remote for my fireplace. Great customer service! AAA+ company!

I have a Jeeves 22 stick vacuum that one of my children put together wrong and I could not disassemble it for cleaning. I called Turbro to see if I could get a replacement for the damaged part. They sent me a complete dustcup to replace the damaged one very promptly. It even is easier to open to remove waste and to clean. Very happy with results.
