I received a log heater for the fireplace without the remote and TURBO sent it to me asap with no additional charges. Great customer service and love the heater!

My remote for my new fireplace would not work so I contacted Turbro. Within a couple of days I was sent a new one. Perfect. A great company to do business with.

I purchased the airsupply es4 4 inch inline duct fan and it worked great, but it was supposed to come with a speed controller. When I contacted support they had me email proof of purchase with photos. Then they sent me a replacement to give me the speed controller. It was a great experience and the item works perfectly.

I purchased the turbro 14000 btu ac/heater to keep my two car garage climate controlled and it was up to the task. Cooled it down to a cool 70 degrees when it was in the 90’s outside. I had a few questions about the operation of the unit and customer service, “Grace”, responded within minutes, and this was late at night. Great product and great customer support.

the ac unit was easy to install, took about 10 minutes. plug in and had cool room in about 15 minutes, runs quiet and able to listen to TV without turning up sound.

We purchased the Turbro cordless vacuum less than 2 years ago so it was still covered under warranty when the battery died. I reached out to customer service and within a week we received a new battery and charging station! Grace was the representative who helped me and she was very polite and responsive!

I purchased a fireplace heater online and when we openened the box the remote control was missing. I reached out to the company that the unit was ordered through and they said that they couldn't replace the remote control. I reached out to Turbro directly and explained the issue. They asked for a copy of my order and confirmed my purchase and then sent me a replacement remote control. I couldnt ask for better customer service. Thank you Turbro.
