TURBROReviews of turbro.com

I had to wait for a few days for this item to deliver to me, it changed the appearance of my fireplace that used to have some old fashion fake logs with a red-ish night light and some tinsel that rotated around to make the logs to appear like they were hot coals. Not only does this thing look like a real fireplace with logs ready to start a fire when it is turned off, when you turn it on it looks very much like soft flames shooting up from the logs. The embers glow different shades just like real coals do. You can also turn on the heater and have hot air blowing out from the fireplace to gently warm the room!

Fantastic and timely response! So professional and they stand behind their product! I received help and a new remote control for my electric fireplace in 3 days!

The turbo heater is just the right size. It is exactly what we wanted as we get ready for winter. With the rising natural gas prices it is perfect to heat the room we need instead of the whole house.

Outstanding customer support and superior products Thank you!

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Great products and they stand behind them.

Received EF23-LG Electric Fireplace Logs Heater in a timely manner and in perfect shape. Works and fits perfectly in my fireplace. Customer service is great as well. When I had an issue with the remote I was sent a new one and received it in 3 days. Thanks!

Custom service made sure that I received a part that was not included. The issue was handled very quickly. Thank you

I have purchased three electric fireplaces and the third came without a remote and the lights went on and off sporadically. Turbo sent me a new one right away. This is awesome. I will be continuing to purchase from TURBO.
