Ordered the 23 inch electric fire place insert. Arrived on time and good order. Installed easily into existing fireplace that was being replaced. The only glitch was the remote control that would not work, regardless of what I did. Emailed tech support who contacted me about some information on my problem. A new remote was in the mail that same day. This time, after putting two batteries in it, it worked like a champ. Thank you Turbro for a great product and great customer support.

I bought my first Turbro cabinet through Amazon. Then I discovered their website and went back for two more cabinets and a fireplace insert. I’m THRILLED with my cabinets, as everyone admires them and they provide great storage. The fireplace is perfect for Florida winters in my townhome (no wall space for a fireplace). I’m going back for more when I need another cabinet!

Couldn't Be Happier. I bought this electric heater as an avid fireplace and bon fire enthusiast. I wanted something to have that I could quickly turn on an enjoy watching the flames. I am pleasantly surprised why how good they look. The heating aspect of the heater was not the main emphasis for me, but boy does this thing throw a ton of heat. I have only used it at about 20% but it sure heats up a room and makes my kitty very happy to lay in front of. I received a damaged unit that must have taken a little bit of a beating in shipping. I reached out to Turbro and they sent me a new unit. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service. A no brainer .

I needed to replace an insert in my TV stand. The opening is an odd size(28×24), the INF28 with the 3 inch spacer worked perfect! The fireplace looks, and works great! Highly recommend this product!

I bought a fireplace insert and it is beautiful and heats up the room nicely! I had a minor defeat on the original item and contacted customer service. They were fantastic to work with and resolved the issue very quickly. I highly recommend their products!
