The 1st of the year I bought a 28" Fireplace, but didn't install it until March-ish.. A couple weeks ago I developed an obnoxious noise. I emailed the Company and they asked for a video and SN#, a few days later they sent a Tracking Number for a replacement. After it arrived I received a follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. Great Customer Service and I love the look and the way the Fireplace works. Special Thanks to Marcia and the entire Crew at Turbo. !st class Customer Care and Products. I see more of them in my future.

I recently purchased the Turbro Portable Air Conditioner Greenland GLP05AC through one of their partners and it’s been phenomenal so far! The unit arrived with a broken caster (probably happened with the shipping carrier) but the Turbro customer support team quickly shipped a new caster as soon as I reported the issue to them even though the unit was not purchased directly from them! I’m really happy for choosing that brand!

Recently ordered a small, portable AC unit. Shipment arrived in a timely fashion but as will sometimes happen, the unit had a caster that was broken in shipment (the packaging was actually done very well, bottom of unit was encased in a molded styrofoam but it must have dropped on a corner somewhere along the way). I contacted customer service and they promptly got a replacement caster in the mail. I installed it when it arrived, tested out the unit and all worked great. Thanks again for the quick response and correcting the problem.
