Bought a fire place heater and used it one season. Got it out for cold snap and it did not work! The customer service was excellent a email amd a few pictures to show what the issue was. MARCIA the cs rep that assisted had a brand new unit on the way to me in no time I am beyond happy that I can continue to enjoy this fireplace heater

This fireplace is great. It looks realistic and produces good heat. I read about many and decided on this one and so glad I did. It came well packaged and installation instructions made it very easy. You won't be disappointed with this fireplace.

It’s my 2nd year with the flat panel type heater in white. Got it for a Black Friday price and I thought this was a fake retailer scam, the next day. But it arrived in a few days. Looks stylish. Makes a little clicking sound sometimes now when heating up.

I received this product undamaged. Easy to put together. Good value. My remote didn't work and you need it to really work the fireplace. I was sent a new one with no hassles from the manufacturer.

Bought two space heaters from Turbro within the last year. Both work great and were reasonably priced ($75). Recently, I needed a replacement part for one of the heaters. Customer service responded quickly and I received the new part within 1-2 days. Installed perfectly and the heater w/ the issue works just like new again.
