Wonderful fireplace insert - the embers glow and look very realistic, and the heat works great! I would definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a reasonably-priced insert with a lot of great features!

Heater was missing legs. Reached out and they sent the legs right away. Heater looks nice and works warms up the large family room as its only source if heat.

It warms up our room nicely! And looks nice as well. We have only had it for one year so take that into account. The remote stopped working, but the customer service was very responsive and helpful. We are very pleased so far!

I am so pleased and happy with Turbro. I ordered a fireplace heater, and I was missing 2 legs. I emailed customer support-via email, explaining my issue. They promptly responded the following day. They requested a couple of items for proof of purchase and warranty, which I shared. We were in communication daily...I've never had that happen before!! Well, my problem was addressed, remedied and I'm up and running, all in less than ten days! This little fireplace heater is adorable, stylish and very effective. It's not loud, to my hearing standards, warms a room nicely and a lovely addition to my home. Again, thank you for your outstanding customer service and support. I contacted Turbro about a heater that I had and needed a part It was no longer under warranty but they still went out of there way to help they ordered the part and gave me a price and it was fine and later contacted me again saying they can get it to me cheaper and gave me a credit for the difference Yuri was my contact person and he was just great

I purchased EF26-LG for our mantel that we struggled to find an insert for. We were worried this wouldn't get job done. But, it did just that and more. Heats up our living room and part of the house which I'm very pleased with and the flame effects are great. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and I'm sure I will be buying again as I have had an awesome experience with the product and their customer service is top-notch. I spoke with Marcia specifically and she has been great. 10/10!

This is a great product. It’s adorable though smaller than you think. The fire effect is the best I’ve seen. And it heats well. It is kind of loud on high but what heater isn’t. Customer service is top notch. The heater I received was damaged as it had been obviously dropped during shipping. Customer service immediately replaced the unit at no charge or inconvenience to me. I would rate TURBRO CS a ten if I could!

I lost my remote controller for my electric fireplace from Turbro. I emailed customer support I got a response in minutes. A replacement was send to me and a follow-up after that.
