Great customer service and support. I purchased a TURBRO Suburbs TS23-C Electric Fireplace Infrared Heater with Curved Door in Dec 2020. It has helped keep the room warm and looks nice. The unit works fine but the remote stopped working. I reached out to Turbo support via email, they respond promptly and shipped me a new remote at no charge. New remote works. I will keep this brand in mine for future purchases.

I ordered an electric heater. The company responded to all my questions. Sending videos was very helpful. The need for a new remote was promptly handled.

I was a bit nervous about ordering furniture sight-unseen, but for the price this seemed worth the gamble. I'm glad I took the risk. The stand is sturdy and well-designed, and it looks fantastic, especially for compressed board. My box arrived with just the pulleys missing, but I contacted Turbro support via the email address given in the manual, and they got back to immediately and had the parts sent via FedEx within a few days. The bag parts are all labelled with letters which makes assembly super easy; there's no guessing about which size bolt is which, etc. Overall, a great product at a great price.

This was the best company I've ever worked with. Box was damaged and missing a part when delivered and they had a replacement for me within a week! I bought barn door hardware and they are really beautiful! I bought 4 sets and will order again from this company!

I love my little fireplace. It's so pretty and it really warms the room well. We have it in our main room at our camp, about 500 Sq feet. and it does a good job. When we started hearing some abnormal sounds from our fireplace, I contacted the company and they made it very easy to verify the problem and replace my in warranty product. I would highly recommend Tubro for their products and excellent customer service.
