I had purchased an electric fireplace/heater. Unfortunately it did not function properly. TURBRO promptly sent me a replacement. Their customer service was courteous & easy to deal with. I would recommend this company

There was an issue where my TV stand had been processed for shipment but hadn't shipped, I reached out to customer service and they were right on it. I received the item in 3 days. After assembling it I found one of the doors wasn't set correctly because it got damaged when I tried to open it. I reached out to Terry, in customer service and had a replacement door within days. Terry in Customer Service was helpful, wanted things to go right and followed up on every step. Added to the great customer service, Is my happiness with this TV stand, its the FS58 model. It went together easily (except the one door), I put it together by myself, although two people are really needed to place the top on the stand. It looks and works great, it is a sturdy, quality piece of furniture. I received many compliments on my new TV stand at Christmas from family. They didn't even notice I had a new TV too! I saved money buying this TV stand directly from the company rather than going through Amazon and the customer service is amazing so it was a win-win!

The flame looks realistic. It heats the room quickly and the temperature can be controlled. Excellent customer service. My unit starts to make some noises after a while. After I contacted the customer service, a replacement was sent quickly.

Had a problem with my heater, I contacted customer support and got a response right away after being given instructions to troubleshoot the unit and it still wasn't fixed I got a replacement with no hassle, I must say had an unparalleled experience!

extremely helpful in trying to figure out the problem. almost immediately said they would replace the unit. Unit came pretty fast. I'm pleased.

even though they send me the wrong item they were more concerned than i was and promptly corrected the problem. the support i received was outstanding. The attitude was refreshingly pleasant.

Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with the humidifier after a couple of days that it stopped working like it should. I emailed them and was replied to right away. They took care of my problem buy sending me another unit. They also did not require me to return the broken one saving me time and hassle. It was a very easy process. Customer Service makes all the difference. I’m a customer for life. Thanks!
