This has been the best customer support I have seen in years. Professional, responsive, and courteous.

Our beautiful fireplace insert works so well!! It creates lovely ambiance. And it warms up our entire living area. It is so cozy. We (my 3 teenagers and I) love the different settings. And I use the timer a lot so I don't forget to turn it off. I had researched a lot of products before choosing this one. When I sent my initial order in, I messed up the size and sent an email asking to change the order before they shipped it. Marcia was quick to reply via email and offered perfect and quick help. She changed my order and shipped the one I wanted. It was beautiful when it arrived and worked great at first. A.small snag with one part of it. I emailed Marcia again and she immediately helped. Customer service has been spectacular.

I am really enjoying my product! When the remote didn't work, I contacted the company and received an immediate response. They quickly sent me a new remote which works great. Marcia was very helpful and quick to respond to any email.

I run two HR1015 Micathermic heaters in a mobile; got the first at Goodwill and bought the 2nd on EBay (because first ran SO well). Really kicks out heat for power consumed, by radiant AND convection methods. Most efficient electric I've used yet. Both are outside warranty, and when one broke I was readily able to get part (thermal fuse) to repair it online. I contacted Turbro customer support over the New Years Holiday ('023) and Terry from customer service had a response to me just as soon everyone reopened for business, first thing Tuesday (Jan, 3rd). morning.

Terry was extremely helpful and accommodating while I was looking for assistance in purchasing one of their heating products. In addition, I love the space heater I purchased! Very attractive, realistic, and does a great job heating my room. Thanks!

I ordered a set of electric logs from Amazon and when I received the remote it was broken into pieces. After contacting Turbro by email, they responded quickly and sent a replacement remote in just a few days. Also, love the electric log set.
