I was missing 2 legs for my heater and the company shipped them to me very quickly. The communication and friendly customer service representative was great. So nice to have a company stand behind their products.

Not only do I love my TURBRO heater because of it's attractive appearance but it is also efficient in putting out the heat while being compact. In addition to my heater being wonderful is TURBRO's wonderful customer service. I had a problem with the heater and customer service went above and beyond to ensure that it was corrected. I will remain a lifelong and loyal customer and recommend them highly.

I purchased an outdoor heater and fire bowls for my outdoor patio. I love all of them, they have created the perfect ambiance! The pricing is wonderful compared to many other brands I have taken the time to compare. The outdoor heater warms up *very* quickly and gives off a lot of heat. It is a product that I would expect to sell for a much higher price. When I came across any questions or issues with the products, Terry and everyone on the customer service team were helpful, friendly and very quick to respond and resolve everything. Excellent company, 5 stars!!

Great product (In Flames INF28-3D fireplace insert) that encountered a small issue a year after purchase. Customer service supplied me with a brand new unit free of charge and I only had to send a video and the serial number, saving me the hassle of returning a bulky item. Thanks Turbro!

The customer service at Turbro is phenomenal. I had purchased an Eternal Flame heater for my elderly mother’s bedroom. Turns out the the unit had a defect that caused a loud sound not fit for a bedroom. I sent them an email and was surprised that they offered to refund or replace the unit. I opted for a replacement and it was shipped out quickly. They really stand by their product and word. No hassle at all.

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Turbro! From the time I reported the issue to the support team and within a few days, the issue was resolved. The heater fan had started to make a lot of noise and they replaced my fireplace no questions asked. I sent them a video of the sound so they can hear it for themselves. Yuki was my support person who is very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through this. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again!!
