Britany, my customer service representative worked me through some troubleshooting steps when my portable ac stopped cooling. Explaining each step and its purpose. When none of those worked, she shipped out a new unit. She was very responsive and helpful and it was a good experience.

I received my new fireplace heater yesterday and so far am loving it. Britany the rep is a very professional asset to their company.
