Product was delivered on time.When the item was received parts were missing.I called customer service and informed them of the missing parts.The missing parts were sent out and received in a timely manner.

My only issue with my air conditioner that was not starting/running properly was that I had spent time with a very kind customer service rep on the phone to troubleshoot then was contacted by another representative when we couldn’t fix the problem. I sent photos and descriptions of the process I used to try and start it along with error codes, but had to send a video in order to proceed with a solution. The video was too large to send via email, tried the link that was sent to me that wasn’t successful so I had to find someone to help me shrink the size in order to send it. The customer service people were very kind and I received prompt responses. I’m sure for many people, being able to shrink down a very large video wouldn’t be a problem, but for me in order to get satisfaction, a video was necessary. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service people and their promptness. The necessity to send a video was the only reason I gave this a four stars instead of five.

I ordered an electric fireplace heater on Amazon and it arrived without the remote control and the screws to attach the legs. Rather than return the entire thing, I emailed Turbro to ask if they could just replace those parts. They replied immediately that they could, and I had the parts in about a week. Excellent customer service!

This experience was soooo easy I will probably never sell a car privately again. Price was better than trading in too!

We love the Turbro fireplace logs. It really gave our living room a cozy feel during the holidays and great that it also has a heating feature. Our Tennessee weather can be cold or warm (in the 70s!) during the fall & winter so it's nice to have a fireplace when it's actually warm. Our remote did not work when we received this product but they replaced it immediately. Very good customer service.

I like the look and the heat is real fast and nice to have.

Nice fireplace insert. My only complaint is the mix of flames should be orange and yellow not red and yellow.
