I had a problem with my delivery, I contacted customer service and Britany gave me such of a nice experience. Britany was checking with me letting me know about the replacement process. What a wonderful product! We purchased the 26 inch Wi-Fi logs. We were immediately impressed with the build quality as soon as it came out of the box. It was light enough for one person to maneuver into the fireplace. The multiple colors and brightnesses allow us to tailor the logs to fit our requirements effortlessly! Having never converted our fireplace to gas, the room was always missing something in the fireplace. The TURBRO fire logs nicely fit a space that was lacking something! In addition, the room does get cold during the fall evening hours, and definitely throughout the day during the winter. The built-in fireplace heater is no joke! Is not too loud, and puts out a decent amount of heat and can help serve as a back up for at least one room if our gas furnace ever quits on us. With the integration of the remote control, and the Wi-Fi app that enables modification of settings from anywhere in the house this thing is a winner! Finally, a few quick words about Customer Service! Simply stated, they are wonderful! In the lead up to my purchase, as well as a quick question after my purchase, I found them to be professional, courteous, and of the highest caliber! After placing the fireplace logs into my once vacant fireplace I could not help but smile, but also wonder why I had not purchased something like this along time ago.

I purchased the TURBRO - TS25 on Amazon. Great heater, looks terrific and functions great. Unfortunately, after one year the heater and blower failed. I contacted customer service and received a same day response. After a few friendly and short email exchanges, they shipped me a new unit. And even confirmed with me that it was received and was working properly. Literally the best customer service experience I've even had. Highly recommend.

I love my Turbro electric fireplace! With an all metal exterior and powerful heater, this heats up the room and looks great in my 1920s cottage. Customer service has been amazing - first when my out-of-warranty heater developed a flaw, staff spent hours troubleshooting with me and ultimately offered a replacement or refund. When ordering my replacement, they answered all my questions promptly and professionally. I decided to stay with this brand because the products and customer service are top drawer.

Britany was amazing to deal with, she is responsive and gets back to you with your concerns immediately. We purchased a Turbro heater insert and it turned out to be defective but Britany sent us a replacement immediately which worked perfectly Thank you again

Turbro has excellent customer service! My elderly mother had a fireplace remote fail after the warranty period was over. I contacted Britany at Turbro, and she extended my warranty and sent me a new remote quickly. I am shocked that there are companies out there that still care for their customers. Way to go Turbro!

I recently purchased a 26 inch fireplace insert. After installation I believed there was an issue with the temperature control display. After contacting Turbro for assistance I was sent a video on how to correctly operate the temperature control display. We are very satisfied with our purchase and extremely impressed with the immediate and helpful response give us by the staff at Turnro.
