My little heater wasn't working properly when taken out this fall. The warranty was honored and it was quickly replaced. The customer service was exceptional and so simple to deal with. I've purchased a bigger one and plan on purchasing another.

Quite honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received. Wilson and the TURBRO team responded to my issue immediately, walked me through some potential fixes, and when it was apparent my heater was broken (which they diagnosed quickly and easily via email, didn’t make me jump through hoops) they immediately sent a replacement while assisting me in finding my Amazon invoice from a year previous! I had my new heater within 3 days, AND THEN THEY FOLLOWED UP! Couldn’t be more satisfied :)

Once I decided on the Turbro Greenland GLH20 humidifier I Looked at several sites for a price comparison. The Turbro site offered the best price and free shipping. The item arrived quickly and very well package. After several days of use it works great. Extremely happy.

I wasn’t familiar with Turbro, but ordered an electric fireplace for my mother based on the positive reviews. The fireplace is great, but the remote didn’t work. I contacted customer service and Wilson reached out. He was timely, courteous and provided a solution. Very pleased and will be ordering another for my home. Great job Turbro and Wilson!
