I purchased a 145,000BTU room air conditioner in June 2024, used it for the summer & stored away in a closet. Brought it out in June 2025 for this summer and it made a horrible noise. I contacted customer service and they replaced it free of charge. Hopefully the new unit will last more than one season as they were clear to say there will be no warranty with this unit. Customer Service was helpful and easy to work with, we'll just wait to see if the unit holds up

Turbro commercial dehumidifier worked great...for one season. It's built like a tank and I thought "finally, a dehumidifier which really will work." It stopped dehumidifying the air (no error codes, it's clean etc.) It has been one year since I bought it. I did write in to Turbro and they suggested a few tests. I did them and it still doesn't work. Depending on how they react to this problem I will amend my review and ratings. At this point, I'm overwhelmingly disappointed. UPDATE: It's been a few days, Turbro support contacted me and told me they would send a replacement under the one year warranty. I'm moving to 3 stars. I'm still amazed this machine stopped working so soon. As I wrote, it feel and looks like it's very well built and built to last. I will edit this review as time goes on to let readers know what happened. UPDATE (7-11-25). I received a new unit. This is the good news. The bad news is the box was damaged during the delivery and the housing around the unit is damaged. I contacted them as I won't accept a damaged unit. I have yet to hear back from them after 4 email attempts. Moving back to 2 stars. They will go to one if they blow me off.. UPDATE. Customer service gave me the option to keep the unit with the cosmetic damage along with % refund for my troubles or send it back. I chose to send it back for a FULL refund. They offered a pre-paid label and emailed it to me right away. I will send it back and they wrote they will credit my card in 1-3 days after it's been received. I'm thinking these folks DO have a quality dehumidifier based on the superb customer care, but I'm going to move on. Based on the totality of the experience, I'm going to give them 4 stars and if you're looking for a robust dehumidifier, to buy with confidence. They stand behind their product.

My 2 Turbro humidifiers did a great job humidifying my home this winter. They're surprisingly quiet and easy to fill. Cleaning at least weekly is important and not a big deal. I would say that they're almost perfect (except maybe a little funny-looking, although not in a bad way LOL!). Our water has a LOT of mineral content, which causes a dust build-up, and distilled water isn't practical for us. Otherwise, I highly recommend these humidifiers. The customer support is absolutely amazing. Britany has been not only helpful and prompt, but a pleasant person to work with.

Humidifier: very good support, had some startup hiccups but Promptly resolved. Works well, Good design, flexible options, throws a killer bunch of mist 4 ft into air.

Unfortunately we had a problem, this can not rate a 5. When I notified Customer Service of the problem they took care of it right away and truly handled it the way all Cusomer Service should be done. Great job! I would purchase from them again. WE are staying cool....

Even thought the product broke down after 4 months, the company is wiling to send me a free replacement at no additional charge. The staff that process the refund was very nice and understanding, she process the refund right away after received the proof of invoice and damage proof. My issue was the knob not working and unit can't turn of. It was very nice of the company that do free replacement after 4 months of owning. GREAT Customer Service and good device.

Update Oct 10- turbro customer service reached out to me and made things right. I have to say they're service team was extremely helpful. They helped me get an upgraded portable air conditioner at the same price. Good to see a company with proper standards. I bought the greenland 8000 btu in april but didn't start using it until July. It stopped working in September. After a week of emails back and forth with support they finally realized it was a defective product. Since they no longer make a product that I bought 5 months ago they offered an upgraded product with a fee or lesser product that doesn't suite my needs. They had the defective product. They refunded my money but now I have no ac.

I purchased Turbro Greenland 10,000 BTU unit and was satisfied until my unit stopped cooling but after reaching out to customer service I was assisted by Wilson who guided me through the process of getting a replacement unit and so far the unit has been perfect.
