What a great product combined with exceptional customer service. It's refreshing to deal with a company that still puts the customer first. This will be my first choice for any future needs.

I had an issue with my Turbro mini split unit so I contacted customer service and they immediately took action to remedy my concern. They communicated quickly throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the results! I was so happy to see how quickly and efficiently they solved my issue. The product works great and I know I can depend on the company if I ever have to contact them again. Very friendly and knows how to take care of their customers!!!

Customer service was Awesome. Able to fix a minor issue via a few quick emails. Plan on giving these as wedding gifts.

Warranty service is excellent. Fast and easy and they sent a replacement and I did not have to send the broken original back.

Beautiful fireplace and excellent customer service. I had a couple of indentation in the cover and the could not replace it right away nothing significant. However they told me they would follow up if they got a cover plate and I didn't want to remove it from the wall and send the whole thing back. I really forgot after several months but they recently contacted me and sent a replacement. Excellent service

Turbro has the best Customer Service I have ever dealt with. I need a part and she walked me through what I needed to send her.....it was done that day and the part was in the mail the following day.

First of all, the machine is well built and beautiful. It has the second most realistic flame replication I've seen on an electric fireplace. It integrates effortlessly with my Smart Home and so easy to use. Outside of the product itself, it's Turbro's customer service that stands out. I got a defective unit that was making grinding noises when the flames were on and reached out to their customer support. They immediately triaged the problem and sent out a replacement to address the issue. I'm a happy customer! 5 stars
