I really like this product. It provides a great ambiance to our living room space. We had an incident with the product and the customer service team handled our warrantee issue with absolutely no hang-ups in a very efficient way.

My unit stopped blowing cold air after a year and I contacted customer service. After troubleshoot attempts and checking the unit well, I was sent a replacement. I appreciated that they were responsive with my issue and ultimately was able to resolve it. We purchased a Turbro eternal flame last January 2024. After a few uses the heating part of the unit didn't work. We reached out to Turbro, and they responded immediately. After some troubleshooting, it was determined by them that we would receive a new unit. This company is extremely responsive and work with you until you are satisfied!!

My work purchase 2 misting fans, and one came not operable, after reaching out to the company, Britany was of great help. We were able to replace the fan with no problem, and through the whole process Britany stay with us to see it through the end. I hope there are more companies like them that puts there customer's needs first. Thank you for the amazing job!!

I’ve had my original unit for just over a year when it started leaking really bad from underneath and mold was growing at a rapid rate. Got in touch with customer service and within 24hrs, I had a new unit on the way. Both units are doing and did their job. I live in South Louisiana so it’s very humid which is why I have it continuously draining into a 6qt stock pot. I empty the pot in the morning and in the evening. My room is about 200sqft and it keeps it cool, not cold but cool. It’s not a quiet unit but it’s not loud to where it will keep you away. It sounds like a white noise. And word of advice, REGISTER YOUR UNIT! When you do that, you get a free 2 year extended warranty! I’m so thankful I did.
