I bought this Fireplace Insert a year ago. A few days ago it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to customer service, and they sent detailed instructions on how to take it apart and repair it. I was able to fix it! I am so glad I will have my fireplace working for the holidays! A+ customer service! I highly recommend this company and their product!

I had one of their electronic fireplace heaters and the heating element stopped at just two days shy of a year, which was the warranty period. So I reached out and after a very easy troubleshooting step they happily sent me a new one with no trouble. New one works great, just like the old one for most of its lifespan. Very pleased with the service.

Support was excellent. A couple legs brook off and received a response immediately that they would be shipped out. Arrived so quickly I also received a follow up to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Just awesome! Would order from this company again. Love my fireplace!!

They assisted me with a non working product within warranty still, and asked for some videos and sent me instructions on how to fix it, but when that didn't work they replaced the product with a brand new one. All within timely manner. I was pleased with their efforts.

My mini fireplace heater broke unexpectedly and I reached out to turbo customer support for help. They were very responsive and after a few emails they decided to replace my heater at no charge. They even checked in to make sure the new one was delivered and working well. I was very satisfied with the experience. My home office gets freezing during winter and I legitimately use the product daily from November-February.
