I have used this software to convert Apple Music items quite successfully for over one year and, suddenly, my account has been inactivated. When I enter my key, I get the message "network unstable" over and again. No reaction from support so far.

Tout d abord ce logiciel est vraiment au top et j 'ai eu un petit souci qui a été réglé très rapidement ... le support technique est vraiment au top, a chaque e-mails envoyés de ma part , la réponse est immédiate (avec un petit delais car je pense qu il ne sont pas en France mais cela n a aucune importance)... ils cherchent vraiment d ou vient le problème, vous accompagne dans les démarche a faire , et franchement je recommande fortement ce logiciel et surtout le support technique
